DELIVERY CONDITIONS

 Product Delivery

• • If the Buyer does not pay the price of the purchased product or cancels it in the bank records, the Seller's obligation to deliver the product ends.
  • Delivery costs are borne by Wisha Natural (for certain products) unless otherwise stated.
  • Wisha Natural carefully selects your products, packs them undamaged and delivers them to cargo companies for delivery to you. Products damaged during the transfer phase should not be received and a report regarding the damage should be attached to the transport company. After the damage report of the rejected product is delivered to us by you, a new product will be delivered to you as soon as possible.

Order Cancel

2.1 Cancellation of the purchased product can be requested on the same day without giving any reason. Products with special dimensions, colors and other features cannot be evaluated in this case.

2.2 If force majeure occurs that the Seller cannot foresee and the product cannot be delivered on time, the Buyer is notified. The buyer may request the cancellation of the order, the replacement of the product with a similar product or the delay of delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the buyer has made the payment by credit card and cancels it, the product price will be returned to the bank within 14 days from this cancellation.
